Shipping

We ship everywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow more transit time for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Great news! DeliverySafe offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, there are additional freight charges listed below and orders to these destinations will be shipped by FedEx Ground.

Additional Freight Charges: $175.00

DeliverySafe offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Shipment times are typically 2–7 business days based on the distance to your destination. If an order is placed before 3:30 PM Eastern Time, it will be picked up for same day shipment. If an order is placed after 3:30 PM Eastern Time, then the order will ship the next business day.

If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, the order will be shipped by FedEx Ground. Please allow extra time for delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

Yes! We can ship standard to a PO BOX.

Orders & Billing

You can view your order status on your account page, which will be updated when your order ships.

Upon successfully completing an order, you will receive an order confirmation from DeliverySafe. If you did not receive this order confirmation, a few things may have happened. Please check your spam email folder. If you created an account, please check to make sure your email address was entered correctly. Check your credit card to see if you have been charged by DeliverySafe or have a payment pending. You can also email us at hello@deliverysafe.com with your name, ship to address and what you ordered so we can check our system as soon as possible.

In order to view your order status on www.DeliverySafe.com, you must be logged into an account. However, all orders placed will receive an emailed order confirmation and shipping tracking # which you can use to track the delivery status.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. We also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay! Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through:

Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

Is your card expired? Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at hello@deliverysafe.com. We’re happy to help!

Returns & Warranty

Please email us at hello@deliverysafe.com with your order number, a picture of the incorrect item(s) you received and packing slip. We will get back to you ASAP!

DeliverySafe LLC warrants that the products sold to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and to be in perfect working order at the time of purchase. If the product should, for any reason, become defective within 1 Year of purchase, DeliverySafe will replace the product once it is returned to DeliverySafe. This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by accident, abuse or misuse of the product. There are no other warranties other than those expressly set forth within. Product shipping to DeliverySafe must be in the original shipping carton with freight prepaid.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges and any applicable restocking fees). Please email us at hello@deliverysafe.com for a return authorization number. A copy of the packing slip or original receipt must accompany all returns. We reserve the right to no accept returns that do not have a return authorization number or are not accompanied by packing slip or original receipt. Yes, the DeliverySafe allows these codes to be the same, but recommends separate codes for optimal security.

Up to 50 different user codes can be saved and stored for use. You may use the same code for multiple providers, or you can set up individual codes for each service provider.

Please click here for detailed step-by-step set up instructions for how to update your shipping preferences for various services. The easiest way to do this is by creating personal accounts and then updating your instructions online for each of your delivery service providers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, USPS, Instacart, Shipt, etc.).

You may open the top with included keys. If you have lost your keys, please email us at hello@deliverysafe.com to order replacement keys matching your specific DeliverySafe.

First, locate and record the (4) digit number from the override key slot on your DeliverySafe. Then, email us at hello@deliverysafe.com to order replacement keys matching your specific DeliverySafe.

There are multiple DeliverySafe key configurations to provide additional security and peace of mind.

The DeliverySafe is powered by four (4) AAA alkaline batteries. Note: Batteries should last 6-8 months.

Your DeliverySafe is a heavy and large object making it difficult to pick up and carry on its own. Additionally, DeliverySafe comes with an anchoring kit to secure your DeliverySafe to the ground which can help prevent the physical DeliverySafe from being taken.

You can anchor into wood and/or concrete through the four feet at the bottom of the DeliverySafe. Please click here to access the instructions where details for both wood and concrete installation are shown in detail.

The DeliverySafe has been field tested and rated weather resistant. It includes weather stripping around the entire opening and includes (4) feet to raise the base from resting in snow, ice or rain buildup.

The DeliverySafe is patent pending.

No, it is not recommended to modify the DeliverySafe in any way as changes to the product have not been tested for safety, durability or performance. Additionally, any warranty is voided once any modifications are made.

Product Maintenance & Care

Great news; your DeliverySafe comes fully assembled. Simply remove your DeliverySafe from the shipping carton and place it in the location you wish to receive packages & groceries.

Wash with soap & water.

Affirm Installments Payment

Affirm is a financing alternative to credit cards and other credit-payment products. Affirm offers instant financing for online purchases to be paid in fixed monthly installments.

Affirm does a “soft” credit check, which verifies the customer's identity but does not affect a customer’s credit score. Affirm's underwriting model does not use a hard credit check. There is no effect on a consumer's credit score when they apply for an Affirm loan.

There is NO annual fee to use Affirm.
